Do I need to create a member account?

You can browse our website, add items to your basket, and place orders using guest checkout without creating an account. However, creating a member account offers the following benefits:

  • Makes the shopping process easier
  • Saves delivery addresses for future orders
  • Allows you to view all your previous orders
  • Enables you to check your order status before it’s shipped

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click on ‘Forgot Your Password’ on the login/sign-up page. Enter your email address and click on ‘Reset Password’. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. After verifying your credentials, you can create a new password.

How can I update or edit my shipping/billing address details?

Log in to your account, click on ‘My Account’, and update your shipping or billing details. You can also change your password from the same section.

How do I order online?

To order a product from Mahnoor Mujtaba:

  1. Click on the item you wish to buy.
  2. Select the required size/color and click 'Add to Cart'.
  3. A pop-up will confirm the item has been added to your cart.
  4. Click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
  5. Enter your delivery details, including a valid cell phone number and email address.
  6. Choose your payment option from the dropdown list and click ‘Place Order’.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

Mahnoor Mujtaba uses an automated email system. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and order number. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order has not been placed successfully.

Why does the item in my cart now say it is unavailable?

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. They remain available for others to purchase until the checkout process is completed. If an item becomes unavailable, you will need to remove it from your cart to proceed with the checkout. For support, please contact us at info@mahnoormujtaba.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order while still browsing and shopping. Simply remove or update the items from your ‘Shopping Cart’. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled before dispatch. If you still wish to return it after receiving it, please refer to our Returns Policy for further instructions.

How can I pay on your site?

At Mahnoor Mujtaba, we offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (only available within Pakistan)
  • Online payments using Credit/Debit cards (Visa or MasterCard)

How secure are my credit card and personal information?

Your security is our top priority. We use SSL encryption to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe. Look for the padlock icon in your browser to verify that the page you are viewing is secure.

What currency do you use?

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include GST.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

  • Within Pakistan: Orders are typically delivered within 7 working days.
  • International Orders: Delivery usually takes up to 14 working days.
  • During Sale Periods: Delivery may take between 5-7 working days due to high demand.

What courier services do you use for shipping?

  • Domestic Shipping: We use Call Courier, Leopards, M&P, TCS, TRAX, and Swyft for shipments within Pakistan.
  • International Shipping: DHL Courier Co. handles all international orders.

What if I am not available at the time of order delivery?

Our courier will attempt to deliver your order twice. Please ensure that your address and postal code are clearly mentioned when placing an order. If both attempts fail, the item will be returned to Mahnoor Mujtaba's head office, and you will receive a confirmation email.
